Shipping

Shipping costs are based on use of UPS and U.S. Mail. If there will be any additional shipping costs, we will provide you with a quote for your approval. No response means no additional cost. Denver area customers may also choose to pick up their package at our Littleton retail store.

If you wish to have your purchase shipped by UPS expedited services such as Next Day Air, 2 nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select, please choose that shipping method at checkout. Choosing expedited delivery does not mean that the processing of your order will be expedited, only that UPS will deliver faster.

We ship within three business days of receipt of your order. Delivery time will vary considerably depending on the service you have selected. Please note that the US postal service can take up to 3 weeks to deliver.

Shipping charges include a $2.00 fee to cover costs of packaging and a portion of our handling expense. We felt that it was better to assess a small shipping and handling fee than to raise prices. We hope that you agree.

We ship to many countries around the world. International customers can choose either UPS or USPS as their shipping provider. Please note that customs and duties charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

To place an international order simply create an account during checkout and enter your billing and shipping information in the spaces provided. To choose your country please select it from the drop-down list. If you do not see your country in that list please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you place an order.

• OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES - Orders shipped outside the continental United States can anticipate extended delivery times. Additional shipping fees may apply. Invoices will reflect the actual shipping cost plus $2 for handling. Please check your email messages for notification should the actual charges exceed the original invoiced amount.

• WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY? - We consider a business day to be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm, Mountain Standard Time. Holidays excluded.
