Measuring for Tablecloths

To determine the measurement of a tablecloth, the dimensions of the tabletop are added to a drop length. The drop length is the measurement from the edge of the table to the desired finished length of the tablecloth.

The most popular drop lengths are:

Floor Length - measure from the edge of the table to within 1/2" of the floor

Dining Length - measure from the edge of the table to 1" of the chair seat

Formal Length - measure from the edge of the table to a drop of 18" to 24"
