Orders Submitted Via Internet Without Credit Card Numbers


Thank you for your interest in placing an order with denverfabrics.com. Our business is set up to take payments over the Internet using credit cards. To facilitate Internet ordering without submission of credit card information, we have created an alternative order process and Alternative Order Form. However, we do feel a need to warn customers that the alternative order process is more complicated and that orders placed through this process are not shipped as quickly.

Please complete our Alternative Order Form. Upon receipt of your order, we will advise you via email of the total amount due including shipping and handling charges. Your order will be held until payment is received but not for more than 10 business days.

Payment can be made by mailing us a check or money order. If you wish to pay by credit card, you may provide us with your credit card information by regular mail, by fax or by calling in to our answering machine. In addition to your card number, please be sure to provide your name as it appears on the card, the card's expiration date and the three digit code on the back of the card.

Backorders:		 All orders for out-of-stock fabric are canceled. We cannot repurchase the fabrics that appear on our web site.

Ship what you have in stock and cancel any part of my order that cannot be shipped immediately.

Hold my order until the missing items arrive but not for more than 12 business days. If the missing items do not arrive within 12 business days, ship what you have and cancel the rest of my order.


Your order will be generated the next business day following receipt of the above information and a total amount due will be emailed to you. Your order will be held until payment is received but not for more than 10 business days.

The Security Code (Credit Information Value) or CID (Card Identification) is an additional layer of protection for you and the merchant. This number or code is printed directly on your credit card.

The code is the last three digits of a number printed in the signature panel on the back of your card.

MasterCard
The code is the last three digits of a number printed in the signature panel on the back of your card.

American Express
The code is the four digit number that appears on the front of the card, to the right, above the credit card number.

Discover
The code is the last three digits of a number printed on the back of the card.

In the event that the number printed directly on your credit card has worn off or is no longer visible, you should contact your bank or issuing institution to obtain the code.
