If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just send back the fabric in question, uncut and unwashed, within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund or apply a credit towards a new order. All fabrics marked as Bridal Fabrics, Home Decor fabrics (item numbers starting with DFW), and all by the Bolt items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping is not refunded. Shipping the return back for a refund is at the cost of the customer. If an order is refused, the return postage amount that it costs to do so will be taken from the return amount.
* Returns using a Discount Coupon Offer:
Items returned will have the discount amount taken from the price of the fabric amount. If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the discount offer, the full discount taken on the order will be deducted from your refund total.
* Returns using a Free Shipping Offer:
If the return amount makes the items kept fall below the minimum purchase requirement for the free shipping offer, the full shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your order will be deducted from the refund total. If your full order is returned, the shipping amount based on the original subtotal of your purchase will be deducted from your refund total.
* Returned due to wrong address entered on the order:
If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address being entered on the original order that was placed, we can reship the order and access a new shipping charge, or it can be processed as a return using the above stated policies.
Our policy is to fill your order with any of the fabrics available. It is not our policy to contact customers if we sell out of items. If you wish to be contacted prior to your order being shipped out, we will be glad to do so. Please make sure to have your phone number and email address on your order and add a note in the comments section of the online order form letting us know.

Normally, expect delivery of your order within 7-14 business days of its receipt. If you need quicker delivery please give us a call (toll free: 1-800-468-0602, local: 1-314-993-4919, Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm CST) for options or note in the comments section of the online order form that you need a faster delivery and we will contact you with shipping options when your order is processed.
We ship our packages via various carriers including Fedex, SmartPost, and the United States Postal Service. Shipping method is dependent on the weight of the package.

Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our most recent records show that shipping time will normally be 2 to 7 business days to the contiguous US and around 3 to 9 business days to non-contiguous US once the order is shipped from our warehouse. Please allow anywhere from 2-5 days extra for home décor (items starting with an DFW), bridal fabrics, silks with a 1 yard minimum cut, & notions (items starting with an NMC) as these come in from different warehouses.
If you need your order quicker, we offer expedited shipping. This option is only available for the contiguous 48 United States. Express orders can be shipped out the business day after it is received in the office with the exception of special order items. These orders can be shipped upon receipt of the fabric. We can ship the order of in stock items via Overnight Express or 2 Day Express. The cost for this is a $5.00 fee plus the charge from Fed Ex which is calculated once the order is placed and weighed. We can also upgrade the shipping to Fed Ex Ground for an additional $7.50 fee. This is added to the standard shipping charges and will be shipped out the next business day after it is received in our office. If you wish to upgrade the shipping to Ground shipping, please mention "$7.50 Ground Shipping Upgrade" in the comments section of your order. We use First Class International Mail for International shipments 4 pounds and under and Priority Mail International for orders weighing over 4 pounds.
Shipping charges are applied and charged at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and country that is being shipped to. This can not be determined until the order is cut and weighed. Recipient is responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country.
Transit time once an order is shipped can take 6-10 business days.
Due to shipping restrictions on special order items, we are unable to process International Orders for Items sold by the Bolt. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
A flat $7.50 per order will be added to all international orders because of additional processing costs.
You may order as little as the fabrics minimum quantity (in most cases 1/8 yard, others 1 yard) for samples.
We cannot send more than 5 samples per order. We do not offer any other kind of sampling.
We will accept payments made by Personal Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover. Orders being paid by personal check or Money Orders will have to be mailed in to our address. We do not accept Purchase Orders.
